Middle East Regional Crisis | Children's Emergency Fund

Save the Children is deeply concerned about the escalating violence across the Middle East and is responding across the region. We're calling on all parties to immediately cease hostilities and urging for the protection of all civilians, especially children.

Amidst the conflict, Save the Children is: 

• Responding to the needs of children and families impacted by airstrikes in the countries where we work, such as Lebanon, by distributing baby hygiene kits, mattresses, blankets & other essential items
• Activating emergency preparedness plans in Afghanistan, Gaza and the West Bank, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan, Syria, Turkiye and Yemen to be able to support children’s essential needs
• Calling for children’s safety and rights to be respected to ensure every child has the chance to survive and have a future

As families across the region are facing extraordinary hardship, we're working around the clock to deliver lifesaving support.

Our Children's Emergency Fund allows us to respond immediately wherever children are most at risk, including in the Middle East, enabling our teams to deliver urgent assistance the moment a crisis escalates.
