WCK's Response to Hurricane Champi (Oct. 2026)

, WORLD CENTRAL KITCHEN INCORPORATED

World Central Kitchen is responding to Typhoon Champi, which is expected to make landfall on Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands as a Category 4 storm—with the possibility of strengthening into a super typhoon. This will be our third typhoon response in this region in 2026, following Super Typhoons Sinlaku and Bavi earlier this year. Over the course of those responses, we have built a robust network of local partners who are ready to serve their communities.

WCK is first to the frontlines, providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises. When disaster strikes, WCK’s Relief Team mobilizes to the frontlines with the urgency of now to start cooking and provide meals to people in need.

By partnering with organizations on the ground and activating a network of food trucks or emergency kitchens, WCK provides freshly made, nutritious meals to communities impacted by disasters quickly and effectively. We know that good food provides not only nourishment, but also comfort and hope, especially in times of crisis.

With over 880 million meals served globally, WCK continues to bring relief, one plate at a time. Your donation today fuels this mission—helping us reach more people, faster, when they need it most.
