Afghanistan Earthquakes

In response to the Herat earthquake, and the string of smaller quakes since, the GEM MENA team deployed to Afghanistan to provide humanitarian aid to those affected. Tens of thousands of homes were destroyed or deemed inhabitable, therefore forcing hundreds of thousands of residents out into the streets. Our team distributed food, water, and hygiene supplies to the rural communities that are now facing these extreme hardships. We were able to assist thousands of individuals in the earthquake zone who are now presently living in tent cities.
